Question Manager
In App Portal, you use the Question Manager to create questions, then group those questions into question templates using the Template Manager . Asking the appropriate questions for a request allows you to gather the appropriate data to make informed approval decisions.
Questions are defined on the Question Properties Dialog Box. To add a question, click Add Question . To edit an existing question, double-click on it.
