Choose Scheduling Options Panel
If the Enable user defined scheduling? option is selected on the General > Global tab of the Catalog Item Properties dialog box for that catalog item, the Choose Scheduling Options panel is displayed during checkout, which prompts the requester to choose when the request should be fulfilled..
The options that are displayed on the Choose Scheduling Options panel depend upon the options selected for that catalog item on the Catalog Item Properties dialog box and also whether or not the catalog item requires approval. The following scheduling options are available.

| Receive ASAP | No | Enable user defined scheduling? Allow ASAP scheduling? | Select this option to request that App Portal deliver the catalog item automatically as soon as possible after the catalog item is requested. |
| Notify machine owner when approved | Yes | Enable user defined scheduling | Select this option to request that App Portal notify the machine owner when the request has been approved. |
| Deliver automatically after approval | Yes | Enable user defined scheduling Allow scheduling immediately after approval? | Select this option to request that App Portal deliver the catalog item automatically after approval. |
Install Method
If leasing options are selected on the Deployment > Leasing subtab of the Catalog Item Properties dialog box for a catalog item in the cart, you are prompted to select the Install Method in the Action table at the bottom of the Choose Scheduling Options panel:
Select one of the following options:
- Permanent Installation—Select this option if this catalog item will be permanently installed.
- Leased Installation—Select this option if this catalog item will be leased, and also select a date when the software will be uninstalled.
